Searchability in Brisbane is seeking a Senior eCommerce Specialist to drive our online strategy across email marketing, paid media, SEO and content. You will collaborate with the marketing team to optimise our ecommerce platform and ensure product offerings match market demand.

This hybrid role emphasises conversion rate optimisation, user journey improvements, campaign management and data-driven reporting to deliver measurable growth and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, preferably in fashion.
• Strong expertise in email marketing.
• Paid media campaign management across Search & Social.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to drive sales, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Continuously optimise the customer journey across the ecommerce platform to maximise conversion rates, AOV, and customer retention.
• Oversee the end-to-end email marketing process, from strategy and segmentation to execution and analysis.
• Lead paid media campaigns across channels, including Google Ads and Meta.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling content and ensure brand alignment.
• Monitor key ecommerce metrics and generate insights to inform strategic decisions.

eCommerce Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to drive sales, profitability, and customer engagement
• Continuously optimise the customer journey across the ecommerce platform to maximise conversion rates, AOV, and customer retention

Email Marketing

• Oversee the end-to-end email marketing process, from strategy and segmentation to execution and analysis
• Manage automated workflows, promotional campaigns, and personalised content to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue whilst growing our customer base

Paid Media Management

• Lead paid media campaigns across channels, including Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to allocate budgets effectively, optimise ad spend, and achieve targeted ROI

Content Management

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• Ensure product descriptions, visuals, and promotional content align with brand guidelines and drive online engagement

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor and analyse key ecommerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and customer lifetime value
• Generate detailed reports and insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

• Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, preferably within the fashion industry
