Job summary

seek.com.au is privately owned and located at Port of Brisbane, specialising in Container Storage and Warehousing for the shipping/transport industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Import/Export shipping coordinator to join our Operations team.

Responsibilities include registration and management of job files, handling pack/unpack/house bills/co-load and applying knowledge of transport requirements. Proficiency in Excel and Cargo Wise, with familiarity of ABF/DAWE procedures preferred.

Qualifications

• Computer literate using XL spreadsheets with speed and accuracy.
• Experience using Cargo Wise.
• Knowledge of transport requirements.
• Familiar with ABF (customs) and DAWE (AQIS) procedures (desirable).

• Job registration for pack/unpack/house bills/co-load.
• Contribute as a member of the Operations team.
• Ensure all activities comply with acts, legal requirements and ethics.
