Job summary

Seek.com.au is recruiting an Export Sea Freight Coordinator for our Sydney office located in Port Botany. The role involves liaising with clients, carriers and overseas partners to coordinate shipments and deliver exceptional service.

You will coordinate FAK and FCL containers, including bookings, Dangerous Goods, container packing and wharf delivery, while ensuring compliance with Australian Customs and quoting rates.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Hold a current driver’s license and have own transport.
• Experience with Cargowise 1 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, carriers and overseas partners to coordinate shipments.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers.
• Coordinate FAK and FCL containers, bookings, DGs, container packing and wharf delivery.
• Prepare and send client invoices.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Customs requirements.
• Quote rates to customers.

We are looking for an Export Sea Freight Coordinator for our Sydney Office located in Port Botany.

Within the role you will be required to:

• Liaising with Clients, Carriers and our over sea's partners
• Deliver Exceptional Service to our Customers
• Co-Ordinate FAK & FCL containers, Including but not limited to Co-Ordination of Bookings, Dangerous Goods, Container Packing and wharf Delivery
• Client Invoicing
• Ensure Compliance with Australian Customs
• Quote Rates

To be considered for the Role you must meet the following criteria
