Subway Group is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced restaurant team in NSW. You will recruit, induct, and develop staff, create rosters, supervise training, and model performance for the team.

This role focuses on delivery of excellent customer service, inventory control, cash handling, and compliance with Subway standards, council guidelines and safety procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lead by example and supervise staff.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and staff development.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, induct, and train employees in line with Subway branding.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Check deliveries, match orders, and handle daily banking.
• Prepare stock and sales paperwork and payroll/timesheets.
• Manage cash balances and minimise wastage.
• Ensure compliance with Subway and council guidelines.
• Conduct inventory and stock control, including weekly stock takes.
• Analyse weekly sales and inventory reports to improve the business.
• Direct and undertake housekeeping activities to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Implement in-store marketing material and POP in line with campaigns.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to prevent injury.
• Provide a safe work environment for employees and customers.
• Promote high level of customer service and handle escalated complaints.
• Deliver high standard of service for products, sales, inquiries and catering to customer needs.
