Job summary

Zeus Street Greek is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead the team during busy shifts in our fast-paced restaurant. You will coach staff, ensure quality food and service, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Ideal candidates have supervisory hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate teammates. This role offers a clear path to leadership growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, QSR or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team during your shift.
• Supervise team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure all food, service and safety standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Support opening and closing procedures as required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with basic inventory control.
• Assist with cash handling, POS procedures and basic reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance.
