Zeus Street Greek is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead the team during shifts, coaching them to maintain high standards of food quality, service, safety and cleanliness. You’ll be a hands-on leader who motivates staff and drives performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, QSR or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to train, coach and motivate team members.
• Solid understanding of food safety, customer service and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team during your shift.
• Supervise performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure food, service and safety standards are met.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Assist with cash handling, POS procedures and basic reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and company policies.
• Communicate shift performance to management.
