Zeus Street Greek is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the team during busy shifts and ensure smooth day‑to‑day restaurant operations. You will be a hands‑on leader who supports, coaches and motivates the team while maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Recent supervisory experience in hospitality, QSR or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a solutions focus.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate team members.
• Solid understanding of food safety, customer service and operations standards.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team during your shift.
• Supervise team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure all food, service and safety standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Support opening and closing procedures as required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with basic inventory control.
• Assist with cash handling, POS procedures and basic reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance.
