Job summary

McDonald’s Australia is looking for energetic Shift Managers for casual, part-time, and full-time roles at McDonald’s. This position oversees shifts and a designated area in a 24-hour business with flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

You will lead a team to deliver QSC, supervise staff, ensure food safety, monitor guest counts and sales targets, and strive for outstanding customer experiences on every shift.

Qualifications

• Management experience in Hospitality or Retail (preferred but not required)
• First Aid Level 2 (preferred but not required)
• Fire Safety Training (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding QSC (Quality, Service & Cleanliness), sales, people practices and profit on shifts.
• Supervise employees to ensure adherence to restaurant operations and procedures.
• Comply with restaurant safety and security standards for a safe working environment
• Maintain food safety to the highest standard.
• Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and restaurant goals.
• Actively seek customer feedback for an exceptional customer experience and repeat business.
• Work within a team to deliver the best quality and experience for customers.
