Job summary

McDonald’s Australia is hiring energetic Shift Managers for casual, part-time, and full-time positions at McDonald's. This role involves overseeing shifts, running a designated area, and delivering outstanding Quality, Service & Cleanliness, as well as sales and profitability in a 24-hour business.

You will supervise employees, uphold food safety, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and work with a team to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts and manage a designated area within a 24-hour restaurant.
• Deliver QSC (Quality, Service & Cleanliness), sales, people practices and profit on shifts.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to restaurant operations and procedures.
• Maintain food safety to the highest standard.
• Review guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets.
• Seek customer feedback to improve the experience and drive repeat business.
• Work with the team to deliver the best quality and experience for customers.
