Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader in Australia to drive high-energy service and lead a team on every shift. You will coach crew, uphold food safety, manage cash handling and stock, and ensure delivery accuracy.

This role emphasizes a customer-first approach and adherence to company values. Successful applicants will have supervisory experience in fast-paced environments, a track record of excellent service, and be willing to complete required Food Safety Supervisor and RSA certifications.

Qualificações

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate and RSA course.

Responsabilidades

• Train, lead, coach and inspire crew while maintaining energy on every shift.
• Deliver standout service to new and regular guests with a customer-first mindset.
• Maintain food safety, cash handling, cleaning and stock control.
• Uphold GYG values, policies and procedures across the team.
• Communicate clearly with the restaurant team to stay aligned.
• Manage labour and COGS to support store profitability.
• Oversee deliveries and ensure orders align with invoices.
