The role requires hands-on leadership, a positive attitude, and availability across mornings, nights and weekends to support busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality, café, restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to support a motivated team.
• Ability to maintain high energy and positive attitude during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Shift: keep the crew motivated, organised and having fun during busy periods.
• Coach & Support: help crew members build skills and confidence to deliver great service.
• Drive Results: help the team achieve KPIs in speed, service and sales targets.
• Keep Standards High: ensure food safety, cleanliness, quality and GYG standards.
• Be a Team Player: jump in wherever needed to keep the shift running smoothly.
