Guzman y Gomez is hiring a Shift Leader in NSW. You will lead, coach and motivate the crew to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding food safety and quality standards.

You’ll set the tone for operational excellence, supervise daily tasks, and support team development. The role offers flexible rosters, comprehensive training, and clear pathways into higher restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willing to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willing to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
