Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Sydney is seeking a Shift Leader to guide, coach and motivate the crew, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience during peak hours.

You will uphold food safety and quality standards, coach teamwork, and participate in training and development pathways to advance toward Restaurant Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
