Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader in Byron Bay to lead a fast-paced crew and deliver outstanding guest service. You will coach and motivate staff, uphold stringent food safety and quality standards, and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment on shift.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
