Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Australia is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and develop our front-of-house team, shaping memorable dining experiences for guests. You will lead by example, coach and motivate staff, manage service flow, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere during busy periods.

You will uphold rigorous food safety and quality standards, complete required certifications when needed, and contribute to a positive culture with ongoing training and career pathways within the business.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
