Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Australia is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and coach the team, ensuring guest satisfaction and strict adherence to food safety and quality standards across the restaurant.

You will lead by example, drive operational excellence, and foster a positive work environment while delivering on KPIs for speed, service and sales, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, training and guest experience. Availability for mornings, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality, café, restaurant or retail environment.
• A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to stay calm and upbeat when things get busy.
• Clear communication and helping others succeed.
