Shift Leader at GYG

At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As a Shift Leader at GYG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable dining experiences. Your role will see you leading, coaching and motivating the crew to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards, ensuring every guest receives the best. Your leadership will set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew.

We are looking for a full time leader who can work any day of the week with shifts commencing from 5am or finishing as late as 1am. This role will require unrestricted working rights.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
