Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to work flexible open and closing shifts. You will lead, coach and motivate the crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

In this role you’ll drive team performance, manage daily operations, and support franchise growth with a focus on safety, service and hospitality. Prior leadership in fast-paced environments is ideal; RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certificates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Willing to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Willing to undertake RSA course.
