Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team on shifts, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold high food safety and quality standards. You will mentor staff during busy service, coordinate training, and promote a positive, fast-paced dining environment.

Experience leading a team is valued; holding a Food Safety Supervisor certificate and a Responsible Service of Alcohol course is encouraged. Full-time or part-time availability will be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a busy environment.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during busy service periods and ensure guest experience is exceptional.
