McDonald’s Australia is the heart of quick service dining in Australia, widely known as Macca’s. We’re hiring energetic Shift Managers for casual, part-time, and full-time roles to oversee shifts and run a designated area in our 24-hour business.

Qualifications

• Management experience in Hospitality or Retail (preferred but not required)
• First Aid Level 2 (preferred but not required)
• Fire Safety Training (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding QSC (Quality, Service & Cleanliness), sales, people practices and profit on your shifts.
• Supervise employees to ensure adherence to restaurant operations and procedures.
• Maintain food safety to the highest standard.
• Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and restaurant goals.
• Actively seek customer feedback for an exceptional customer experience and repeat business.
• Work within a team to deliver the best quality and experience for our customers.
