Guzman Y Gomez in Canberra is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and coach our team, ensuring top guest experiences while upholding food safety standards. This role includes casual closing shifts (until 1am) and hands-on leadership on shift.

You will lead, train, and motivate staff, maintain operations, and contribute to a positive work environment. A clear pathway to Assistant Restaurant Manager is available with comprehensive training and support.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate completed or willingness to obtain.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol course completed or willingness to undertake.

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate

About the Role

We’re looking for confident and motivated Shift Leaders / Assistant Restaurant manager to help run great shifts and lead great teams.
