Job summary

El Jannah in Sydney is seeking a confident Shift Leader to run great shifts and lead teams. You’ll be the steady presence on shift, setting the pace, supporting the crew and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.

You’ll play a key role in upholding food safety, quality and teamwork while coaching others, rostering and driving performance against goals and KPIs in a fast-paced, fun Lebanese-Australian kitchen.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the steady presence on shift, setting the pace, supporting the team and making sure every guest has a positive experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across service, food quality, safety and teamwork.
