Job summary

ALDI Stores is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations and supervise team members. You will oversee opening and closing, guide staff, and ensure excellent customer service at the registers.

You’ll also maintain stock levels and actively monitor safety to protect customers and colleagues. This leadership role emphasizes frontline leadership, with extensive training and opportunities for internal career progression within a well-known retailer.
