Job summary

ALDI Stores is seeking a Duty Manager to lead from the front, ensuring the store runs smoothly each shift and supporting a high-performing team. You’ll guide colleagues, handle customer inquiries, and work collaboratively within the store management group to deliver excellent service.

You’ll develop leadership skills, mentor staff, and contribute to a safe, efficient shopping environment while upholding ALDI’s standards and values.
