Job summary

ALDI Stores is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations and supervise shifts, ensuring a smooth running store and high standards of customer service. You will guide and support team members, manage inquiries, and contribute to a safe, efficient shopping experience.

You will open/close, train, and coach staff, while maintaining stock levels and a welcoming environment for customers. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and hands-on store management.
