Job summary

Mayjay Hotel Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an energetic Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations and lead a front-of-house team. You will ensure top-tier service while maintaining compliance and stock control in a vibrant venue.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in supervisory roles, strong knowledge of beverages, and experience with POS, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliations. Flexibility for nights and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory/leadership role in a busy bar or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of beers, wines, spirits.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Exceptional communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work a flexible roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with Gaming & Wagering (EGMs, Keno, TAB).
