• 2–3 years of experience in full-function accounts receivable processing, high-volume cash allocations, and complex bank reconciliations.
• Experience with SAP and CRM systems, including data integration between systems.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Complex bank and GL reconciliations across 80+ accounts with timely month-end close.
• Receive, process, and allocate customer payments to accounts and invoices.
• Govern vendor master data and support fraud mitigation using verification tools.
• Support residential settlements integration and CRM-to-SAP data flows.
