Frasers Property Australia is seeking a detail‑oriented Shared Services Representative for our Corporate Finance team based at the Rhodes head office, with hybrid working options (3 days in the office, 2 days from home). You will perform high‑volume cash allocations, balance complex bank reconciliations, and govern vendor master data to support residential settlements between CRM and SAP.

Ideal candidates are analytical, proficient in Excel and SAP/CRM, with 2–3 years in AR processing or cash

Qualifications

2–3 years experience in full-function AR processing.
Experience with high-volume cash allocations and 50+ accounts.
Proficient in SAP and CRM; knowledge of Eftsure.
Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilités

Perform daily complex bank reconciliations across 80+ bank accounts and post high-volume journals.
Upload, receipt, and allocate customer payments to accounts and invoices.
Govern vendor master data and mitigate fraud risks using validation tools.
Support residential settlements integration by running CRM-to-SAP transitions for settlements.
Provide timely, customer-centric responses to payment and account queries.
