Job summary

mycar is seeking an organised AP/AR Officer to join our Finance Shared Services on a contract basis in Sydney. You will support stores, suppliers and customers with accounts payable, accounts receivable and finance administration, using SAP and Zendesk to keep data accurate and processes efficient.

Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you’ll reconcile accounts, set up vendors and customers, investigate discrepancies and help improve finance workflows through automation and better data

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or finance administration.
• Strong Excel and data accuracy skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to AP/AR queries; assist processing and reconciliations.
• Set up and maintain customer/vendor master data in SAP.
• Collaborate with stores, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation.
