Frasers Property Australia is seeking a logical, detail‑oriented Shared Services Representative to join our Corporate Finance team based at our Rhodes, NSW head office with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home).

Reporting to the Shared Services Team Leader, you will perform high‑volume cash allocations, complex bank reconciliations, and vendor data governance, while supporting residential settlements integration and stakeholder queries.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in full-function accounts receivable and high-volume cash allocations.
• Experience with complex bank reconciliations and vendor master data.
• Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems; familiarity with fraud risk tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and post journals.
• Upload, receipt, and allocate customer payments to accounts and invoices.
• Govern vendor master data and assess onboarding risk using fraud tools.
• Support residential settlements integration and related financials.
• Provide timely responses to payment and account queries from stakeholders.
