Wagga Wagga City Council is seeking an experienced Capital Works Programmer – Sewer & Stormwater to plan, prioritise and coordinate capital and operational works across the Council's sewerage and stormwater networks. Qualifikationen

• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, asset management, project management or a related discipline.
• Experience planning or programming capital works for sewerage or stormwater networks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and assess risks.
• Sound financial management, project planning and organisational skills; experience with asset management systems.

Aufgaben

• Develop, prioritise and maintain annual and multi-year capital and operational works programmes for sewerage and stormwater networks.
• Analyse asset condition data, CCTV inspections, maintenance records and risk assessments to inform planning and investment decisions.
• Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, budgets and delivery schedules for project delivery.
• Maintain a rolling 3–5 year forward works programme aligned with strategic objectives and asset management priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve network performance and reduce infrastructure risk.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Asset Management, Operations, Design, Procurement and Project Delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members; promote safety and collaboration.
