Activ Pathways, part of genU’s Registered Training Organisations, is seeking Sessional Trainers with a background in retail to open doors through education across Perth and WA. You will deliver the Certificate II in Retail Services onsite to groups of young people and help them become job-ready.
The role requires TA E40122 or equivalent, retail experience in the last 2 years, strong communication, and the ability to manage course materials, reporting and assessments with guidance on NDIA checks.

We are looking for purpose-driven and adaptable Sessional Trainers with a background in retail, to open doors through education. As a trainer you'll share your skills, inspire learners and make a real impact across students and young peoples lives across Perth and WA.
You’ll join Activ Pathways, one of genU’s two Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). While genU Training and Activ Pathways operate separately, both share a common goal: empowering people through learning and skills development.
As a Sessional Trainer, you will deliver courses that give learners the chance to take a small step that leads to big opportunities - helping them become job-ready, grow their confidence and achieve lasting change. In this role specifically, you will:
Collaborate with the Activ Pathways and genU Training teams to share ideas, support each other, and keep improving what we do.
You’re a qualified trainer (TAE40122 or equivalent) who loves helping others succeed.
Experience working within a retail setting within the last 2 years - essential
Thoughtful communication with great people skills,organisationand initiative.
Comfortable with tech and able to manage course materials, reporting and assessments independently.
