genU is seeking an Employment Pathways Practitioner to empower people with disability to build confidence, develop skills, explore career opportunities and achieve meaningful employment outcomes.
In this full-time, permanent role in Ballarat, you’ll partner with participants to identify and achieve employment-related goals, develop discovery and employment plans, deliver preparation programs, mentor and coach in work settings, and connect participants with local employers and support services.
