Job summary

genU, via Activ Pathways, seeks a Sessional Trainer to deliver the Certificate II in Retail Services onsite to groups of young people across Perth and WA. You will engage diverse cohorts, help learners become job-ready, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve outcomes.

Qualified trainer with TAE40122 or equivalent is essential, along with recent retail experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Qualified trainer with TAE40122 or equivalent.
• Retail experience in last 2 years is essential.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Comfortable with technology and managing course materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Certificate II in Retail Services (SIR20216) onsite to groups of young people.
• Engage with diverse cohorts, including disengaged students and those with disability, to facilitate transitions to work or further study.
• Collaborate with Activ Pathways and genU Training teams to share ideas and continuously improve our programs.
