Job summary

Activ Pathways, part of genU’s Registered Training Organisations, is seeking Sessional Trainers with a background in retail to open doors through education across Perth and WA. You will deliver the Certificate II in Retail Services onsite to groups of young people and help them become job-ready.

The role requires TA E40122 or equivalent, retail experience in the last 2 years, strong communication, and the ability to manage course materials, reporting and assessments with guidance on NDIA checks.

Qualifications

• Qualified trainer credential required (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Retail experience within last 2 years is essential.
• Strong communication and people skills with good organisation.
• Comfortable with technology and able to manage course materials, reporting and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Certificate II in Retail Services onsite to groups of young people.
• Engage diverse cohorts to help students transition from school to work or further study.
• Collaborate with Activ Pathways and genU Training teams to share improvements.
