Job summary

genU Training is expanding and seeks experienced trainers to deliver accredited training across various client locations in New South Wales. You will provide high-quality learning experiences at genU sites and partner locations, adapting to learner needs and delivering positive outcomes.

As a Sessional Trainer, you will deliver engaging courses, support learner competency, and contribute to ASQA compliance while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

  • Must be a registered nurse, enrolled nurse, or health practitioner.
  • TAE40116 or equivalent qualification required.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate, or willingness to complete it.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for on-site training; kilometre reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive courses informed by your professional experience.
  • Support learners to build competency and confidence.
  • Contribute to ASQA compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide high-quality training services to a range of clients.

Are you a qualified health care professional with a passion for training and supporting others? genU Training is expanding and seeking experienced trainers to deliver accredited training across a variety of client locations.

As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, engaging learning experiences at genU sites and partner locations. We are looking for trainers who are flexible, responsive to learner needs, and committed to delivering positive outcomes.

We currently have opportunities across New South Wales to deliver:
  • HLTAID011:Provide First Aid
  • HLTHPS006:Assist Clients with Medication (Assessors must be a registered nurse, enrolled nurse, or Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander health practitioner)
  • Disability experience is preferred but not essential.
As a Sessional Trainer, You Will:

What We’re Looking For:
  • Must be a registered nurse, enrolled nurse, or Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander health practitioner.
  • Individuals who are passionate about education and supporting learner success.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
  • Relevant qualifications and industry experience to support course delivery.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate, or willingness to complete it.
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for on-site training. Travel is required, as no two delivery sites will always be the same. Kilometre reimbursement is provided in line with genU policy.
