XPT Software Australia in Melbourne is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst to bridge architecture and business requirements with build-ready specifications. The role requires strong ServiceNow platform knowledge and hands-on exposure to AI-enabled solutions such as Now Assist, GenAI or Agentic AI.

Desirable experience includes Calyx and/or AWS Agent Core, plus an understanding of Assurance operations/workflows.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow platform knowledge and hands‑on exposure to AI-enabled solutions, preferably Now Assist / GenAI / Agentic AI. Experience with Calyx and/or AWS Agent Core and an understanding of Assurance operations/workflows will be highly desirable.

This will be working in a Pod Model construct, where Tech BA will be expected to bring solution components from both Architecture and Business Requirements together into clear/concise requirements ready for build.
