Job summary

XPT Software Australia PTY Ltd is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst to join our Sydney team. The role requires strong ServiceNow platform knowledge and hands-on exposure to AI-enabled solutions, including Now Assist / GenAI.

You will work in a pod-model, bringing together architecture and business requirements to deliver clear, build-ready specifications for deployment across client environments in Banking, Insurance and other sectors.

Qualifications

• Experienced ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst with strong platform knowledge.
• Hands-on exposure to AI-enabled solutions (Now Assist / GenAI).
• Desirable experience with Calyx and AWS Agent Core.
• Understanding of Assurance operations/workflows.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow platform knowledge and hands-on exposure to AI-enabled solutions, preferably Now Assist / GenAI / Agentic AI. Experience with Calyx and/or AWS Agent Core and an understanding of Assurance operations/workflows will be highly desirable.

This will be working in a Pod Model construct, where Tech BA will be expected to bring solution components from both Architecture and Business Requirements together into clear/concise requirements ready for build.
