Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow technical business analyst.
• Hands-on exposure to AI-enabled solutions and GenAI/Now Assist.
• Understanding of Assurance operations/workflows is desirable.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow platform knowledge and hands‑on exposure to AI‑enabled solutions, preferably Now Assist / GenAI / Agentic AI. Experience with Calyx and/or AWS Agent Core and an understanding of Assurance operations/workflows will be highly desirable.

This will be working in a Pod Model construct, where Tech BA will be expected to bring solution components from both Architecture and Business Requirements together into clear/concise requirements ready for build.
