Job summary

Australian Payments Plus is partnering with Hatch to hire a ServiceNow Developer to enhance and evolve the ServiceNow platform. You will design, configure and maintain high‑quality IT services, automate workflows and deliver secure, reliable platform solutions aligned to a modern payments organisation.

Qualifications

Experience developing, configuring and supporting ServiceNow capabilities (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, IRM, SIR, CSDM, EC, Source to Pay) including Playbooks, workflows, forms and catalog items.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions with strong usability.
Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (API and eBonding) and platform administration.
Understanding of IT Service Management processes and structured service delivery environments.
Tertiary IT qualifications with ServiceNow Administrator/Developer certifications and ITIL Foundation valued.

Responsibilities

Design, configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations and platform capabilities.
Configure and optimise the ServiceNow platform to improve availability, stability, performance and user experience.
Deliver platform enhancements and software releases through controlled governance and deployment practices.
Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse and prioritise requirements for scalable solutions.
Support service acceptance by ensuring solutions meet quality, security and operational readiness standards.
Drive continuous improvement by automating processes and enhancing end-user experience.
Monitor platform health and resolve issues to improve resilience and performance.
Champion best practices across UX, accessibility, security and governance.
