Job summary

Accenture is seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to join a fast-paced team in Australia. The role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps, while upholding ITIL practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement workflows, scripts, and integrations, and ensure platform performance and security. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and scripting.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Create and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other platform components.
• Develop custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Perform platform upgrades and patches for performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools via APIs and web services.
• Develop and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Work with IT teams and project managers to meet business needs.
• Conduct unit, system, and UAT testing for developed solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational policies.
