Green Light Worldwide is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer (baseline) to conduct integration activities and provide subject matter expertise in integration, creation of new modules, workflows and requests, etc. The role requires an active AGSVA baseline clearance and is a permanent opportunity with hybrid setup in Sydney.

Key responsibilities include developing and configuring APIs, integrating ServiceNow with other applications, and delivering Service Catalog items, Service Portal, PPM,

Qualifications

• Extensive ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with API integrations using ServiceNow.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure SQ API.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other applications.
• Design and deliver Service Catalog items and catalog items requiring approval/automation.
• Develop Service Portal, PPM, custom apps, ITSM and Asset Management requirements.
