Job summary

FR Consultancy is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Sydney team. You will configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, build workflows, catalogs, integrations, and reports, and support UAT activities.

Collaboration with offshore teams and active participation in workshops and project discussions are expected. The role requires 5+ years in ServiceNow development, hands-on ITSM and Service Catalog experience, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on ITSM and Service Catalog modules experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and support workflows, forms, catalogs, integrations, and reports.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing platform enhancements.
• Work closely with offshore development and support teams.
• Participate in workshops, status meetings, and project discussions.
