Job summary

Green Light Worldwide is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer (baseline) to lead integration activities and provide SME expertise across integration, new module creation, workflows and requests. The role requires an active AGSVA baseline clearance at a minimum.

The candidate will develop and configure SQ API, integrate ServiceNow with other systems, and deliver catalog items, service portal, PPM, and ITSM/Asset Management requirements in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow development and implementations.
• Proficiency with API integrations using ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated ServiceNow development with knowledge of platform/modules.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms in large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules and APIs as required.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and technologies.
• Design, develop and deliver Service Catalog items and workflows.
• Develop Service Portal, PPM, custom apps, HR and ITSM/Asset Management requirements.
