Job summary

Green Light Worldwide is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer (baseline) to lead integration activities and provide SME expertise across integration, new module creation, workflows and requests. The role requires an active AGSVA baseline clearance at a minimum.

The candidate will develop and configure SQ API, integrate ServiceNow with other systems, and deliver catalog items, service portal, PPM, and ITSM/Asset Management requirements in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ServiceNow development with knowledge of platform/modules.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms in large organisations.

Job description

Green Light Worldwide is currently looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer (baseline) to conduct integration activities and providing subject matter expertise in integration, creation of new modules, workflows and requests, etc.

This role does require an active AGSVA baseline clearance at a minimum. Consultants that do not hold this minimum requirement will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Service Qualification API (SQ API).
• Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and technologies.
• Design, develop and deliver Service Catalog and Catalog items for various standard and non-standard services, including items that are to be provisioned via approval and automation workflows.
• Development of Service Portal, PPM, Custom Applications, HR and ITSM & Asset Management requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive within ServiceNow development and implementations.
• Proficiency with API Integrations using ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated ServiceNow development experience with in-depth knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules.
• Demonstrated integration development experience with ServiceNow and other platforms in large and complex organisations;
• Demonstrated ServiceNow administration and support functions - upgrades, patching, plugins, and feature enhancements;
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist is highly desirable;
• Experience working within an agile delivery environment (Scrum);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
