Job summary

Whizdom is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with an active NV1 security clearance to support Defence and Government programs in a hands-on role within a mature ServiceNow practice. You will design, build and optimise ServiceNow solutions, working with architects, consultants and delivery teams to translate requirements into robust technical implementations.

The role offers a permanent position with up to AU$200,000 plus super and a Hybrid working arrangement with location options in

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven integrations experience using REST, SOAP and APIs.
• Experience developing business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows and service catalogues.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practice.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Due to continued growth and project demand, they are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with an active NV1 Security Clearance to support high-profile Defence and Government customers.

About the Role

This is a hands-on development role within a mature ServiceNow practice supporting enterprise-scale implementations, enhancements, integrations and platform optimisation initiatives.

You will work alongside architects, consultants, technical leads and project delivery teams to design, build and enhance ServiceNow solutions that improve operational performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

The Successful Candidate

You will bring:

• Active NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory)
• 6+ years' ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform
• Proven integrations experience using REST, SOAP and APIs
• Experience developing business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows and service catalogues
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practice
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS highly regarded
