Job summary

Whizdom is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with an active NV1 security clearance to support Defence and Government programs in a hands-on role within a mature ServiceNow practice. You will design, build and optimise ServiceNow solutions, working with architects, consultants and delivery teams to translate requirements into robust technical implementations.

The role offers a permanent position with up to AU$200,000 plus super and a Hybrid working arrangement with location options in

Qualifications

6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
Proven integrations experience using REST, SOAP and APIs.
Experience developing business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows and service catalogues.
Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practice.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Designing and building integrations using REST, SOAP and API technologies.
Customising modules across the ServiceNow platform.
Developing catalog items, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and workflow automation.
Supporting platform upgrades, enhancements and ongoing optimisation.
Working directly with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Contributing to development standards, governance and platform best practice.
Supporting delivery across Defence and Government transformation programs.
