Royal Automobile Club of Queensland is seeking a Service Transition Analyst to join its technology delivery team in Brisbane. You will work with delivery and operations to ensure changes are ready for production, assess risks, and coordinate transition activities.

You will identify readiness gaps, develop operational readiness plans, facilitate workshops, and ensure accurate documentation and handovers. Strong ITSM knowledge and stakeholder management are essential, with optional after-hours

Formación

• Experience in service transition, operational readiness or technology operations.
• IT Service Management knowledge including incident, change, release, configuration, monitoring and continuity practices.
• Ability to assess readiness requirements across complex technology environments before go-live.
• Experience coordinating technology implementations, migrations or go-live activities.
• Understanding of service information, asset and configuration management.
• Strong planning, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to support planned after-hours transition activities when required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify upcoming changes and assess operational impacts and requirements.
• Develop and coordinate operational readiness plans and activities.
• Facilitate planning workshops, knowledge transfer and operational handovers.
• Validate support models, documentation, monitoring and service information.
• Track actions, risks, dependencies and accountable owners through to completion.
• Support implementation, go-live, early-life support and transition closure.
