Job summary

SKS Technologies seeks an experienced Service Technician for our Melbourne team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on service, maintenance, construction wiring, and small projects across various commercial sites.

You will deliver high-quality service outcomes while maintaining client relationships and ensuring safe, efficient work. To succeed, you should hold a current Electrical Licence, have Construction Wiring experience, strong fault-finding skills, and be proficient with testing

Qualifications

• Current Electrical Licence (or relevant trade qualification).
• Construction Wiring experience and capability.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient computer skills and experience using testing instruments.
• Experience in commercial and/or industrial service environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Ability to pass a mandatory Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out service, maintenance, and repair works across commercial sites
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults efficiently
• Testing and inspecting systems and equipment, including RCBOs, Exit & Emergency fittings, Thermal Imaging, and Test & Tag appliances
• Completing installation, upgrade, and construction wiring works
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with relevant Australian Standards
• Liaising with clients and providing exceptional customer service
• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
• Supporting project delivery and responding to reactive maintenance requests
• Working independently while effectively managing workloads and priorities

About the Role

SKS Technologies is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Technician to join our Melbourne team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on service, maintenance, construction wiring, and small project works across a variety of commercial sites.

Working as part of a professional and supportive team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out service, maintenance, and repair works across commercial sites


• Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults efficiently
