Job summary

Australia Wide Personnel seeks an experienced Electrical Service Technician for a respected manufacturing company that designs and manufactures premium electrical power-testing equipment. You will perform factory assembly, testing, pre-commissioning, and routine maintenance on a premium range of load banks.

Occasional travel to client sites for installations and handovers with travel expenses fully reimbursed, and you’ll collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a hands-on electrical/electromechanical testing or service role.
• Experience with generators, UPS systems, heavy industrial switchgear, or motor controls is highly regarded.
• Forklift Licence is mandatory.
• Formal electrical qualifications (A-Grade Licence, Cert III/IV, or Diploma) will be viewed favourably, though practical experience is valued.
• Strong ability to read complex electrical schematics and safely handle high-power testing equipment.
• Well-developed interpersonal communication with clients and team members.
• Willingness to travel to client sites occasionally as required.

• Skills: Strong ability to read complex electrical schematics and safely handle high-power electrical testing equipment.
